We believe in seeing and defining a child by who they are, rather than what they are. Children with additional needs are seen as just a child instead of being seen as a child with a disability.

A holistic approach to learning and developing takes into account the childs family dynamic, culture, skills and weaknesses, interests and dislikes, thoughts and ideas and most importantly, their feelings, when deciding on the best teaching approach to be taken.

We heavily rely on parent input into a child's learning, ensuring that the child is recieving the best possible care that cooperates with their needs and the goals and aspirations of their family.

High expectations of personal practice is essential in ensuring that quality of care for children is meet and maintained, the same being that high expectations of children's development are kept to ensure that children are always learning and growing.

Diversity is respected and celebrated, and is most important to helping children understand the world and all of the different aspects of it. This is essential to developing social and emotional wellbeing within children.

Ongoing learning and reflective practice are key elements to ensuring that practices, procedures and programs are always growing and developing to cater for the different needs and interests of children.
